Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your glass class participation, please do so 8 or more days before your first scheduled class. There will be a $25 fee for cancelling or rescheduling within 7 days of your scheduled class. Once the class has begun, there can be no more refunds or rescheduling. If you do not reschedule and do not show up to your class, your enrollment fee will not be refunded.
Once a class has begun, rescheduling only happens when the entire class needs to be changed for reasons like inclement weather. Scheduling a make-up class for an individual who misses a class is not possible and no refund will be issued for any missed days.
We encourage you to make a strong effort to attend every day of your glass class. Missing a class not only hinders your glassblowing progress but the progress of your classmates as glassblowing is a collaborative art form and you will be working in pairs.
