Catch the autumn spirit on First Friday, October 3, from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the Belger Glass Annex (1219 E. 19th St., Kansas City, MO).

You’re invited to enjoy live glassblowing demonstrations, seasonal treats, and our glass "pumpkin patch," where a dazzling array of handblown glass pumpkins will be available for purchase.

Sign up to Make Your Own Pumpkin with the help of professional glassblowers! Space is limited, and registration is $75.

Stick around and watch our glassblowing team as they create a spooky piece of art inspired by designs drawn by this summer’s Teen Campers!


First Friday Exhibition Opening: Put a Lid on It

Join us this First Friday for the opening of our new exhibition, Put a Lid On It.

Put a Lid on It features imaginative work by over 100 artists, each contributing lidded vessels and covered dishes across a vibrant range of media and unique styles.

Awards totaling up to $500 will be offered, with awardees announced at the opening night reception. Our Judges are Jessica Hong, Chief Curator at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, and Louise Myers, Proprietor of Pryde’s Kitchen and Necessities.

Stop by to see the amazing work featured in the show, meet many of the artists, and enjoy complimentary treats.
