Communal Firings

*Any work being processed through Communal Firings will be loaded and unloaded in accordance with Belger Crane Yard Studios kiln scheduling; there is no guaranteed timeline of completion.

BISQUE: Cone 06

GLAZE: Cone 6 & 10 Reduction

Rates:

Regular/Walk-In: $0.05 per Cubic Inch

Annual Member: $0.03 per Cubic Inch

*Measurement calculation and payment happens in person, at time of drop-off.

Full/Private Kiln Rental

Ideal for anyone that requires a specific date of completion. This is the option to ensure personal deadlines are met.

Please fill out the form:

-Kiln Renters are expected to load, program/start the computer, unload and vacuum out the kiln after unloading themselves.

-Rescheduling (adjusting or canceling) of a kiln reservation must occur 48 hours in advance of the firing. Rescheduling can not interfere with other firings already scheduled; first come, first serve rule still applies.

-In-person scheduling still requires approval by a Ceramic Studio Staff Member.

Kiln loading & unloading hours for Walk-Ins (non-Students/Studio Renters):
Tuesday-Friday: 10am to 4:30pm
Saturday: 10am to 3:30pm
