Bring a partner and explore your creativity together with a project-based handbuilding activity, or test your skills on the pottery wheel.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Once you register for class you will receive an info email from studio@belgerarts.org . If you don’t receive it within three days of class, please check your spam folder.
We provide aprons and recommend that you “dress for mess” or bring a change of clothes in case you have other activities planned before or after class. We have a place for you to change.
Instructors will give a short demonstration at the beginning of class. You will then create your artwork during the first two thirds of class and decorate/underglaze (paint) it during the final third.
Artworks are finished (clear glazed and fired) by staff to make them food and dishwasher safe.
You will receive an artwork pick-up notification email approximately three weeks after your class date.

Come make your own planter for your favorite plant (or maybe create a reason to get a new leafy friend). Whether it’s a tray garden dish for some succulents, a bonsai pot, or something to boost your tropical jungle vibes, we’ve got you covered.

Whether you want to make a small colander, a soup bowl, or maybe a food dish for your pet, this is the class for you. Make a footed bowl with one of our many bowl mold options or go completely freestyle and create with coils and slabs. The options are only limited by your own imagination!
