Skill Level: Beginner-Intermediate (must be able to center clay and throw basic cylinders)

So you’ve taken a wheel class, or two, or more….what next?

In this class we will focus on taking your throwing further and getting you to your next stage, wherever that may be! All that is required is being able to center clay on the wheel consistently and be able to pull basic cylinder forms. We will cover attachments, altering and refining shapes on the wheel, throwing a basic closed form, and altering/finishing forms off the wheel, based on your interests!

Included with class:

-15 lbs cone 6 clay

-firings of all work made during the course

-outside of class studio access with the following schedule:

Mon-Thur 8:30am-9pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm, Sat & Sun 10am-4pm

You will need to bring:

Clay tools. If you don’t already have some, a link to the recommended items will be sent along with the class info email after signup.
