Glaze Two: Materials & Mixing

Glaze Two: Materials & Mixing
Think mixing your own glazes is hard? Does the idea of finding recipes and testing them fill you with existential dread? Fear no more! If you can bake (and maybe even if you can’t) then you can mix your own glazes for way less than you’d spend on commercial ones. Whether you spend hours drooling over recipes on Glazy or have no idea where to even start, you’ll leave this class comfortable and confident with being able to find, mix, and test whatever glazes your heart desires. Don’t be intimidated, mixing glazes is so much easier than you imagine.
This is part two of a three part Glaze series. Part three (March 2026) will focus on adjusting glazes for color and fit.
Skill Level: Three (Intermediate)
Requirements: Completion of Glaze One or similar (must be familiar with glazing techniques and vocabulary)
