Thanks so much for scheduling your private event at the Belger Glass Annex!
Secure your reservation by paying the Base Fee ($450 for the first 6 people.)
This Base Fee allows us to reserve the studio space and secure staffing for your event. Simply add the Base Fee to your cart and proceed to check out to secure your reservation.
A week prior to your event, you will receive a reminder email asking you to confirm the total number of participants in your group. At that time, you will need to pay for each additional participant beyond the initial 6 covered in the Base Fee. (The maximum number of participants is 15.)
All participants must be paid for prior to the event starting.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please do so 8 or more days before your scheduled event. There will be a $25 fee for cancelling or rescheduling within 7 days of your scheduled event.
If you do not reschedule and do not show up to your event, your reservation fees will not be refunded.
Add shipping and your pieces will be delivered to your door after they are annealed!
