Join us for a FREE Artist Talk and glass blowing demonstration with Glass Resident Artist, Tyler Suter!

Tyler Suter is a St. Louis-based studio artist who works primarily with glass. His current body of work explores the repetition of form and pattern that can be found throughout nature, from micro to macroscopic. Developing this body of work involves exploring various glassworking techniques and incorporating ceramic components.

Learn about Suter’s process and inspirations during his Artist Talk and watch him in action on First Friday as he leads the glass blowing demo to make a glass piece of art.

Join us for an exciting First Friday.

At the Belger Glass Annex, watch Glass Resident Artist, Tyler Suter, in action as he leads the glass blowing demo, creating a unique glass work of art. His demo is in conjunction with his special topic class, Hot Hands, and his free artist talk on Thursday, February 5, at 6PM.

Visit the Belger Crane Yard Gallery where award-winning silversmith Genevieve Flynn will showcase her Repoussé process in a live demonstration, discuss her use of Hydraulic Press in her practice, and explain how her creative process moves from sketchbook to final piece. Shop her work in the new gallery collection, Sparkle and Shine, on view from February through March.

The Aytac Davids Collective is the artistic partnership of husband and wife Ekin Deniz Aytac and Joshua Davids. Their Cityscape series is a core sculptural exploration that offers reflections on the nature of self as it relates to the places and structures that shape their experience.
