Hand-Stitched + Naturally-Fed Dream Sachet with Hadley Clark

Saturday, March 21 from 11:00AM to 2:00PM at Belger Crane Yard Gallery

In honor of National Quilting Day on March 21, we’re offering a fiber-focused workshop with Hadley Clark. The workshop is open to all skill levels and perfect for anyone interested in exploring quilting and natural dyeing techniques to create a custom handmade sachet. All supplies are provided.

The word sachet carries many meanings—a sewn bag filled with lavender for your drawer, a tied cheesecloth bundle of spices for soup, or a packet of tea. It’s a small package for transporting something—a scent or a flavor—from one place to another.

Hadley Clark is a participating artist in Second Skin: Exploring Adornment as an Extension of Self, currently on view at the Belger Crane Yard Gallery through May 2, 2026.

Free Artist Talk with VISITING Resident
Pierce Haley

Saturday, April 4 starting at 11am

Join us for a FREE artist talk with Visiting Resident Artist Pierce Haley, as he shares insights into his creative process and inspirations.

Originally from Orinda, California, Haley’s artistic vision has been significantly shaped by his father’s work as an architect, particularly in modern mid-century architecture.  Haley uses a combination of 3-D printing, slip casting, and mold making to create large installations and tessellations.

During his talk, Haley will delve into his artistic approach and the body of work he’s creating during his residency at Belger Arts.
