Bio

My name is Mary Peterson from Peculiar, MO. I am a self taught glass artist, taking classes here and there to learn different techniques. I love reproducing nature- flowers, places, people, whatever makes me happy. I first discovered oil painting when my girls were young. Life happened and I quit painting. I started in stained glass about 13 years ago but found I don't like to solder! I then went to glass on glass mosaics. When I discovered fused glass and kiln fired glass painting I found my home. It affords me boundless  avenues to express my creativity.
