Jodie Masterman

Bio

Jodie Masterman is a full-time potter, originally from Wales. She holds an MFA in Ceramics from Louisiana State University and a BFA from the Appalachian Center for Craft. After living in New Orleans for four years, her work began to reflect the bright colors of the city’s buildings, streets, and people. Now living in Southern Vermont with her husband and daughter, she finds inspiration in the change of seasons—watching the colors of the world slowly return after a long, black and white winter. Jodie hopes that her pots will encourage curiosity and bring joy and thoughtfulness inside and out of the kitchen.
