Nicole Justice is a black, queer artist born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. With a background in computer science and graphic design, her creative practice spans software development, digital art, and ceramics to blend technical structure with organic form.
Her work is deeply rooted in identity, community, and culture. She draws inspiration from the textures of Black life, the fluidity of queerness, and the joy found in everyday moments of care and connection. Whether working in clay or code, she approaches her practice as a way of reclaiming space, telling stories, and honoring the communities that shaped her.
Nicole's pieces often explore the tension between softness and structure, memory and material. She invites viewers into a world where curiosity, comfort, and self-expression can coexist.

My name is Nicole Justice, and I'm an illustrator, painter, and emerging ceramic artist from Kansas City, Missouri. As a multidisciplinary artist, I love blending different mediums into a single piece, layering ideas to tell fuller, richer stories. My work often explores themes of nostalgia and the tension between organic and geometric forms. I aim to create pieces that spark curiosity and invite connection.
