Belger Arts upcoming Digital Debut will feature Kyla Strid – artist and Director of Residencies and Adult Education at the Lawrence Arts Center in Lawrence, KS. Along with being an artist with numerous studio residencies under her belt, Kyla Strid has extensive experience as a gallery manager, studio manager, and curator throughout her time at various institutions in the U.S. Kyla Strid uses her functional art to elevate whatever they are carrying, whether it be wine, food, flowers, etc. In her work, Kyla aims to reflect the everyday while drawing inspiration from historical forms. We see Kyla’s philosophy reflected in this collection of functional work. Kyla Strid’s work will be  on view at the Belger Crane Yard Gallery from February 2 – March 30, 2024.
