Take your pumpkin-making skills beyond the basics in this focused glass blowing intensive. A favorite seasonal item for artists to create and sell, glass pumpkins offer endless opportunities to explore color, form, and design.

Led by artist Keegan O’Brien, “Beyond the Basic Pumpkin” is designed for beginner through advanced glass blowers who want to strengthen their foundation, refine their technique, and create more distinctive glass pumpkins.

During this Saturday morning workshop, you will learn a variety of pumpkin body shapes, color application methods, and techniques for creating a polished, well-proportioned stem. Through demonstrations, guided practice, and instructor tips, you will gain practical tools for making unique, marketable, and visually appealing glass pumpkins just in time for the holiday season.

You are encouraged to bring their own colors; some class frit will be provided.
