Learn how to transform sheet glass into a set of two dinner plates and two bread plates in this introduction to glass fusing and slumping.

We will cover the basics of cutting glass, prepping and loading a glass kiln, and using a slump mold.

Bring your design ideas to life as your instructor teaches you various glass patterning techniques such as layering sheet glass, bending stringers, and drawing with frit.

Learn a new skill or revisit an old hobby with this fun, hands-on class.

Included with class:

- Enough clear sheet glass to create two dinner plates and two bread plates;

- A selection of colorful glass for decorating;

- Firings of all work made during the class;

- Tool kit rental for you to keep creating at home. Projects made outside of class time can be included in the class firings;

- Additional studio time available to work on projects outside of class.
