Looking for a fun and creative outing for a birthday, a memorable team-building event for your co-workers, or an exciting social event with friends or family?
Schedule a Private Group Experience!
We require a minimum 14 days’ notice to schedule a Private Group Experience.
What to Expect:
You’ll get a demonstration from one of our talented instructors, then spend time making and decorating your very own ceramic object with as much or as little guidance as you like.
We take care of the final glazing and firing, box everything up for you and you’ll be able to pick them up in just a few weeks!
$200 Base Fee (minimum four participants) and $50 per additional participant.
Type of Experiences:
HANDBUILDING:
Learn the basics of creating functional and sculptural ceramics by hand through pinching, coiling, and using molds.
WHEEL THROWING:
Learn the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel and bring home a handmade piece of art.
Handbuilding is available most days and times. Wheel-throwing is depended on other class scheduling.

- Saturday: 10AM-4PM
*FIRST FRIDAYS open til 8pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please do so eight or more days before the scheduled event.
There will be a $25 fee for cancelling or rescheduling within seven days of your event. Max two reschedules per order.
If you do not reschedule and do not show up to the event, your enrollment fee will not be refunded.
Group Glass Experiences
Want a hands-on glass blowing or fusing experience for your private group? Book a group glass experience at the Belger Glass Annex!
Perfect for school groups, corporate outings, or special occasions.
Glass Blowing
Time ranges from two to three hours
Two professional glass blowers are present to help guests create their very own pieces.
Minimum group size is six people with a maximum of fifteen.*
Everyone in the group makes the same object but with different colors.
Choose from:
- Stemless wine glass
- Tumbler
- Heart
- Candy dish
- Flower
- Pumpkin
- Ornament
- Paperweight
Glass Fusing
Time ranges from one and a half to two hours
A professional glass artist teaches the fusing process and assists students with their projects
Minimum group size is four with a maximum of ten.
Everyone works on the same type of project.
Choose from:
- Jewelry
- Magnets
- Light catchers
- Coasters
What to Expect:
- We will have chairs and tables set up and you will have access to playing music.
- You are welcome to bring catered or homemade foods and refreshments.
- Ages 12 and up. All children under 12 must have an adult with them at all times.
- NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED
- Finished pieces will be ready for pick up at Belger Crane Yard
How to Schedule:
- Email glass@belgerarts.org at least two weeks in advance, indicating your glass blowing or glass fusing activity preference.
- Once scheduling is confirmed, you will receive an email from glass@belgerarts.org with a payment link to finalize the reservation.
- You will receive a reminder email about a week before your event with additional information about setup, parking, and other details.
